Hey 👋, I had a similar problem with one of my last Strawberry Bananas... unfortunately, it seemed to be genetically caused. Since your pH level is very low, I would first try using pH up. If you want a cost-effective alternative, you can also mix a knife tip of baking soda in 1 liter of water and water with that. I've done it too, it worked great!
