I have been growing GG4 “auto flower”from Growers choice. It’s states that it should take 55-60 days. I am on the 90th day and there are minimal signs of flowering. As in maybe two stigmas per node. The plants are healthy and about 3’ tall. Is this normal taking so long?

No, not normal...........I would switch to 12/12 asap to initiate flowering and treat it as a photoperiod plant.
Sometimes the auto gene is not quite fixed by breeders too keen to get their product on to the market before being fully stabilized.
