So I am curious if aerated water has more benefits to a plant and the roots over normal water I use RO water so I’m not worried about chemicals or anything but curious if it does any good from the extra O2 is the water?

Hi Ja, there are studies that deal with this topic. Watering with sparkling water can significantly improve the growth and health of cannabis plants, especially when grown under powerful grow lights. Sparkling water increases the oxygen content, thus promoting root health and nutrient uptake. It's just important to monitor and adjust the pH level, as it probably isn't ideal. Another point will likely be the costs, as it will surely be a bit more expensive than tap or rainwater. And you should pay attention to the mineral content; when you add nutrients, you'll probably need to adjust the dosage and not use the same as with the other types of water. But it would definitely be interesting to start a comparison grow.

sure it does more o2 for roots and aerobic microbes but it ups PH of water

Yes air will help the plants roots. I have always just shaken my jug when watering to create air bubbles. There's always something new people are trying to improve harvest but I'm not going to the extent of using an air stone, I think it's overkill
