if you are looking for more up lifting, you can pick it, but I would leave it for another week and if I don't have experience inside, but I don't think it is fully ripe yet, and on the other hand, if it were mine, I would definitely leave it for another two weeks, so that it is about 30% amber and ripens nicely... if you want full potency, pick it in a week, but it is best to wait for someone who has experience inside to contact you.
According to the trichomes, I would leave it for another week.

You are at the point that I like to only water for a week or two. No nutrients. Then 1 week no water to start drying process. Then chop. You have some amber. A little more through that 2 or 3 week won't produce enough amber for couch lock unless it's in the genetics. I think it makes smoother smoke. Good luck and looks nice.

So for me, they look unripe. There are still a lot of transparent trichomes; only when they are milky have they reached their full ripeness and have the most THC. But if you want it to be a bit more narcotic, you have to wait even longer until the milky ones turn amber, because that's when THC is converted to CBN. But from my current perspective, definitely a few more days.
What's important are the trichomes on the buds and not those on the sugar leaves.
