No not yet, another 2 weeks or so, maybe even a bit longer. Once there are 98-99% brown pistils/hairs, you will be entering the harvest zone.

I would say it's flowering beautifully from the looks but I'd still give it a few more weeks. Those white hairs can be deceiving without getting a close eye on the trichs to see what color they are.
