If you don't see the critters on the underside of the leaves are or have you been foliage spraying. If solution is not mixed to correct ratio it will leave spots. Made that mistake once and haven't foliage feed again. She's pretty sick this soon into flower when she needs all her health and strength to give you a harvest. Sorry. If none of these are the case then she is starving for Nitrogen, they need a balanced feeding all throughout growth just different ratios. Good Luck

Hey growmie, looks like thrip damage to me as well—those white spots and the leaf stress are a giveaway. I’d flip the leaves over and check closely, especially near the veins. Neem oil or insecticidal soap can help, but act fast and be careful: don’t spray near the buds—use cotton to apply it instead. Also double-check airflow and humidity to help the plant bounce back. Good 🤞🍀♥️

Hey bud! Judging by the vibration she is giving me, I would say she is lacking of balanced nutrition and oxygen - airflow. Can you provide her a proper pH values when feeding? Also, those spots might also be a sign of thrips. They appear when the humid is high and the air is standing + plant has a bad vibration so they attack her. But mostly problems start in the soil and roots so I would be paying attention to medium (substrate) too. If you water without runoff, all sorts of shit start to build up in medium, including pH fluctuations which may cause nutrient build up and lockout. In most cases adding CaMg might be helpful but again, if medium is oversaturated, then plants are struggling to break food into sugars and proper nutrient uptake. Not sure how you water your plants, but having a runoff is essential (especially if feeding with salts - mineral). Enzyms,.fulvic and humic acid may help you establish better soil health, but next time maybe approach with smaller pot to have better control over that, especially since your space is super small, they might not need so big pot volume. And don't forget about airflow - this is essential for plants to grow healthy and happy. Good luck 🙏

White spots, most probably are thrips, already heavy infestation. Check bottom of leaves with magnifying glass. Rest, most probably ph related. Do you adjust waters ph ?
