Clumpy Nutrient Solution

I bought some nutrients from a new vendor and it is VERY clumpy. So, I shook it up thinking it just settled and still it is clumpy. Is this normal? Please look at the videos that I uploaded

It contains freshwater fish protein hydrolysate and soy protein hydrolysate, like what's been said it's gone off or been in the heat or sun most probably.. turned it to gravy.

that's bs it meant to mix with soil rather then water xD i got myself similar not convenient to dissolve but still works
