White Stigmas @ Day 69 of flowering. And Bud‘s still not fat enough.

It‘s now Day 69 of flowering, and I see that there are a lot of new white Hair‘s coming on nearly every Plant. Anyway the Bud‘s are, in my opinion still not fat enough for 1000w.
What is the weird thing is that the trichromes start to get brown. How long should I wait till cut?

Another 7-10 days, at most.
Reducing your lighting by 1-2 hours can stop the plant from pushing out more new white hairs/pistils and get them to finish up more decisively.
