Harvesting? Always new pistils.
Is that normal? I think they look ready. The pistils are already withering in some parts. But trichomes on some buds are 20 percent amber, but there are also clear and milky ones.
On some, there are only clear and milky.

This plant is well and truly ready for harvest........don't worry about the last few late white pistils, she is just trying desperately to get pollinated before she dies.

Yes, it will keep forming new flower stigmas until the end. When most of the trichomes are milky, about 80 or 85%, and the rest are amber with a few clear ones, then you can harvest them.
