Is my plant ready to harvest or should I leave it for more weeks? Its been 11 weeks so far and it doesn't look like it's going to be a great yield, but I'm not sure if it is ready to harvest.

By calyx structure ( pumped up totally in my eyes, aka bulked ) i would say you can harvest any time.
Your plant was heavily overfed with nitrogen, less is more in growing.
Rethink diet for next grows.
This girl , after 3 or more month of curing, will be good. Till then you can feel harshness.
