You have a Cal-Mag deficiency, but as another user mentioned, it can also be caused by overfeeding or a poor water source.

Its not septoria . You have to be blind or never met it , to call this way ...
Overfeeding, salt build up, lockout, wrong ph and so on , there could be many reasons.
