Were them from seed or cuttings? Each seed has its own characteristics and tendency, if theyre different strains, she could be ready before the others, same goes for is theyre from seeds.
If theyre all from a mother plant and were put on 12/12 together then its more likely nute deficiency if you dont think shes ready, or if shes on watwr alone towards the end this will happen. Message if you need futher assistance

Check the trichomes and pistils, if 90% of the pistils are orange you can cut them off, but I personally would look at the trichomes before harvesting, if they are mostly milky and some amber you can cut them off.

Just harvest an entire plant at once and be happy with whatever, partial harvests suck.

If the main buds have 98-99% brown pistils/hairs, you are in the harvest zone...........follow you intuition.
