Hi there.
I am not familiar with Optic brand of lights and I have not been growing very long but I HAVE learned that even in a 2x2 tent the best way to utilise all your available growing space is to have around 150 to 200W of light available. If you have dimmer switches on your LED lights all the better. The challenge comes trying to manage your temps as the heat from the lights in such a small space soon escalate. Good air flow and ventilation help as does raising humidity if temps get to 30C. I can only say that this has worked for me although I have a Mars Hydro and a Spider Farmer LED quatum boards, both 100W. My temps seem to settle at around 28.5. As neither of my lights have dimmers I find this to be an adeqate enviroment although I have tweak air intake and humidity if there are fluctuations. In short I would try using 150W then 200W and see how your temperature works out.
Your lights can be found here https://www.opticled.com/products/optic-1-xl-dimmable-cob-led-grow-light-100w-3500k-cob
They seem to be ok.
Good luck n happy growing man.
