They are yellowing / getting white a bit..
The seed shell was hanging for some days, and removed it by myself (maybe shouldn't have done this). Can this because of over watering? Also temp is quite high, light on 28 celcius
It is in a 3x3 tent, MarsHydro FC4800 full spectrum

Give it some time
You probably hurt her a bit, by removing the seedshell.
i see this more often by old seeds
Mostly they will recover pretty quick
just dont overwater and give it some time
Temp should not a huge problem
