Debris clinging to lower buds - caterpillar poop or dust?

GreenGelatoAutoRQS, 11 L pot outdoors, Biobizz Light Soil, day 38.
Upper buds are clean; lower buds have tiny debris stuck.
1st image: top bud; 2nd: middle bud; rest: debris magnified.
Haven’t seen any caterpillars. Could it be caterpillar poop or just dust/debris?

Move to exteriorIm planning on giving 2 plants to a friend (exterior) and keeping 2.
Currently they are on 18/6.
I’ve read June is the best time to take them out. And that I should “sync” my lights with the exterior sunlight.
Can I reduce to 16/8 and not have my plants start flowering?Week 7

When to start flushingI’ve read some people found that if they flowered too long this strain started producing bananas. This plant is like week 6-7 of flowering and it’s still producing a lot of hairs. Do these buds look ok still? I’m waiting for my keepers loupe to get delivered.Week 7
