Any ideas on how to resolve this problem?
Apparently there’s hypoxia of the medium. I’m guessing I might have overwatered.

Water shortly before turning off the lights so that the plants have time to dry before the lights are turned back on.

Appears to be a fungus. Overwatering has different symptoms (not yellow spots)

don't water as much. next grow incorprate more perlite into the mix.
