Looks like a female to me, maybe a little less feed until she perks up, you will notice the difference once you start to reduce.

Could be a they/them, but most normal people would identify this plant as female, no doubts about it. And yes, plant is quite over fed.

Yeah, the female and mOuse are right about the too much fertilizer. Less is often more.
