From what i can see mate i wouldn't bring her down just yet. Check the coulors in 5-7 days (may need longer)

Once there are 98-99% brown pistils/hairs, you will be entering the harvest zone. Need better pictures and pictures of entire buds, not just random trichome pictures. 56 days for JH would be unusually early.

them photos are bad. Take pics in proper lighting and of the whole plant as well. Harvest when its not drinking/feeding as much, when the pistils are all most all dried back and when the trichome or mostly milky with some amber in them.

Most of them are quite clear still. Only a few scattered milky trichomes. Give her another week and check in on them. If light amber colors start to appear, think about flushing / harvest! :)
