Hi, your plants definitely won’t die from that. It might happen that some buds won’t get really thick, but that’s not guaranteed. The way your lamp is hanging now is totally fine. If you notice the top leaves or pistils burning, just reduce the lamp’s intensity you don’t necessarily need to hit 800–1000 PPFD during flowering. The plants will also grow below 800 PPFD, they’ll just be a bit less strong. For your next grow, you could try using a SCROG net to keep all plants at the same height.

I think your best answer is Asnoriu's. Or perhaps you could gently bend the tallest and tie them off to pots or tent poles just to lower them somewhat. This will also allow light to reach the lower buds. They don't seem to be suffering any ill effects as yet but you may end up losing the terpenes off the buds due to heat/light damage. I have bent and tied to tent poles before and although is messy and not exactly optimal its serves its purpose. Read up a little on LST for your next grow and learn how to avoid scenarios like this. There is lots of good advice given by people with lots of experience in the questions section. I look for questions asked previously by growers and have learned a lot by following the advice given. Your plants seem happy and healthy so you are doing everything right so far. Good luck dude and happy growing.
