mildew?!

could this be mildew ? its the second time I found this on one of my outdoor plants ... the sice and "shape" of the spots look odd to me plant should get enough wind and it hasn´t rained in 2 weeks ...

It looks like powdery mildew. You should remove the affected leaves immediately to stop it from spreading.

Try to wipe it out with alcohol wipes, if it cleans of and smells moldy - definitely WPM.
