As far as possible, collect them and preferably order the right predatory mites/hoverflies against thrips online today and wait for the mailman/woman! Good luck!
I personally wouldn't spray anything due to the flowering stage.

you can power blast em off with water or get predator bugs to eat them.
If water. you need to be increasing airflow to dry. predator bugs will eat em and do a prety good job at it.
I've also red spraying BT on leaves will kill them but don't wanna spray stuff other then water and very rarley. Could try painting the leaves with a brush. but lot of extra work.
