I have a self-made tent on the balcony, but my neighbors have complained about the smell. Mainly when drying. I'm thinking of getting a 80x80x180cm tent with a carbon filter for growing and drying. It's in the attic, so it's rather warm, too warm? White/Silver?

Hi! That sounds like a good plan! If you set up the tent in the attic, it could get really hot in the summer - depending on the insulation of the attic - which is a bit unfavorable. You can run the light at night, but the basement would definitely be better - as long as the exhaust can be vented somewhere. You should also consider buying an exhaust system with a larger diameter right away, as the rotors will have more throughput at lower speeds than a smaller rotor. Best regards to the neighbors and good luck!

Tomorrow✌️ I would say the tent isn't that important when choosing, it should also be affordable. I would pay more attention to using good exhaust with a relatively cool lamp. I initially had the problem with heat in the tent, and it definitely diminishes the quality, at least during the warm summer months. So I would recommend a good exhaust and maybe, if the "spare change" allows, putting an air conditioner in the room, but unfortunately, they are expensive and quite space-consuming. I hope that helps a bit ✌️ Stay High 💪

In the attic, it definitely gets too warm in the summer and too cold in the winter without heating. Is there a possibility in the basement? That's ideal, or in the apartment. They say white reflects better, but I have a normal silver one from Spider Farmer. The size when the filter is hanging and the lamp is good for 3 plants. Get yourself something good, even if it costs a bit more, it will last longer. A complete set in the range of 300 to 400 euros is fine.
