Which two of these four ladies should I reward with new (old) shoes (pots)? #1 Is the biggest #2 and #3 are very similar, a bit weak in the chest #4 Is very small and has grown very evenly Or would you let the plants get bigger first?

Yeah, I would give them more time. When repotting, there's a risk that everything falls apart and you damage roots if they just aren't rooted enough yet. Also, it's hard to predict the "potential" at this stage, and the smallest one can end up being the biggest.

Like 2 weeks too early to transplant any of them. Get mycorrhizae for transplantation to go smoothly ;)

that is bs i'm using transparent plastic so i can wach the rootbuilding progress - when u see any roots underneath the pot feel free to give em another week before transplantation
