How To Proceed Early Flower Male!!

I want to pollinate the garden! Plant is 47 days old. Long way from 12/12. Will it continue to grow to maturity? Should I collect pollen as it grows? Or grow to the point a female is ready to pollinate? 1st time this issue has confronted me.
