Flowering at 6 weeks for a feminized plant???

Good day
I want to know if this is normal for a 6 week feminized Lemon Garlic og I see alot of pistils on the plant as well as small amount of sugar crystals.
Is the plant going into flower already or could it be just how the plant grows ? Or
Or could it be autoflower

The pictures show a plant definitely in a flowering state. If they are photoperiod I have to assume your growing outside and they are not receiving enough hours of light during the day, causing them to flower early.
