Am using a 330ml pot with coco coir when do I feed seedling and how much water and feed . Are these OK or need water or feed

start with 100-150 ml
100 ppm of grow fert plus ur tap water (should be at least 150ppm) 250 ppm in sum
feed feed feed water etc
water the base of the plant plus 1cm then +2 etc
