Most of those trichomes are damaged in the shots. You touch your flower too much and it destroys the entire reason we grow the plant. When you are in flower, nothing should touch the flower. When your fingers get sticky from it, you are busy removing the resin from the flower. The plant material does nothing, all the power is in those little resin glands. It's better to leave them on the plant.

in first photo right part of top looks strange, on second photo few cm higher than your hand there is some strange brownish spot, hard to tell to say 100% its bud rot, you need triple check those spots, plant is ready to chop, fact.

Harvest cannabis based on trichome color: Clear: still immature; effect is light and cerebral. Wait before cutting. Milky/white: THC at peak; effect is strong, euphoric, and creative. Ideal for a psychoactive harvest. Amber/brown: THC converted to CBN; effect is more relaxing and sedative. Harvest here for a stronger physical effect. For a balanced effect, harvest when most trichomes are milky with 10–20% amber.

Looks a bit like powdery mildew, but it could also just be the reflection of the light... Additionally, it looks damp or rainy. Since you're growing outdoors in Germany and the season isn't great anymore, you might actually want to think about harvesting, even if they aren't at their optimum yet. Better to have a little something than to lose everything to mold... I also see smaller brown spots that could indicate mold, which isn't too unlikely given the weather lately and the generally high humidity in the past months. Also, based on the buds, the genetics or the pheno doesn't really seem optimal, as well as the environmental conditions. So you shouldn't hope that the buds will become dense and compact in the coming weeks; they're going to stay fluffy, so considering a harvest isn't such a far-fetched idea...
