use "photone" app an your telefone to measure the ppfd (is not perfect - but works) & the DLI , set to 250-700 ppfd / DLi 15-35 for a small one ; - depending on your plan with the plant. Much light , short distance = less streatching - more bushy low light & far distance = more streatching

If you think you are to lose, or to strong with the lights, come back to the plant they should always have lovely lushgreen leaves, wich are quite relaxed and the internodial diatance should be at least bewtween 1,5 and 3 cm if the internodes are closer, and they are growing " ducking under the light" you light is to strong- the distance is to far if they are growing very longish / lanky with wide internodes, if flowers dont fill out well after 3 weeks- you light is to weak but most times growers tend to blast alot of light on the girls means you see much lighter topleaves than the next layer, ( lightburn) after few runs you know the distance- just look at the plant numbers in dimming and distance say nothing- because the srains grow super different

hey 👋 200W LEDs, if I'm not mistaken; if you dim them, move them closer to 35/40 cm. But if I were you, at 4 weeks, I would set them to 100%, lowering them slightly to 50-55 cm. enjoy!
