Topped my mexican sativa a bit early. Should i cut the first two branches and go with the top four? Or stay with six?

You can never top too early, trust me.
It's entirely up to you, how many times you do it?
So far you have two tops, cut then again in a week or so and you'll have 4 tops, next cut would be 8 - excessive for most cases

To avoid stressing her out further, don't cut anything else; she's still so young 😏
Go for a 6-branch mainline, that will work very well.
