After drying my buds and putting them in a jar, what should I do? I was thinking of using Boveda 8G since I have 40 grams of bud, but do I have to open the jar every day or not? What should I do to ensure perfect curing?

Bigger compact buds probably need more time drying then small fluffy buds i like a consistency in bud size cause of moisture/water activity It depends on those two, moisture and water activity while water activity is not that easy to measure the residual moisture is more easy, since you can weigh the buds and see how much % weigh they loose Thats how drying with dryferm bags work, you can easy weight and see how much % moisture your harvest lost Boveda just helps to keep the humidity in range of 58% /62% it release or absorbs moisture via salts

hey 👋 One 8g 62RH Boveda is sufficient for 40g. During the first 10-15 days, even with the Boveda, remember to open your jar once a day for one minute. After that, open it once every 2-3 days for 10-15 days. Check your Boveda carefully: it should not be too swollen or hardened. After that, there is no need to open it. Ideally, you should place a small thermometer/hygrometer in your jar. You need a jar in which the 40g takes up 2/3 of the space. Also remember to store your jar in a dark place from the start, preferably between 15 and 20 degrees Celsius. For perfect curing, you need to wait at least 2 months, but honestly, after 1 month you can start dipping into it 😉 enjoy!
