Can defoliate on week 3 of flower?autos

Hello guys I know i probably put too much plants in this tent, my canopy is very dense and the light is not getting to the lower part of the plant and some of the leaves are getting down and yellow, supostly i cant defoliate autos but can i take off that leaves? Week 3 of flower.

hey good time for lollipopping ; with autos, you can remove 1/3 of the lower branches without any real risk of hermaphroditism. I'm not saying that your harvest will necessarily be more abundant, but your buds will be denser.👋
