When roots hang like these do they get any nutes? Are they gonna touch water or die? and can I do something or just let it be? Also can this be the issue with my orange/brown situation?

если корни стали менять оттенок на желтый/коричневый это вероятнее всего развитие патогенной микрофлоры. не попадает ли свет в корневую систему? не превышена ли температура раствора? ваши литься говорят вам о том, что не все в порядке в корневой. что у вас с питанием. EC и PH ?

...and you have burned leaf, maybe too much nutriens. Check

This roots dont die, but not take 100%nutriens like others in water. This is not a problem. And if you have yellow color, to much water.
