This is Northern Lights photo, feminized, outside grow, 22 weeks, aprox. 9 weeks in flowering. I was hoping for more amber but it is mostly milky trichomes except on sugar leafs. Few tops are brown tho... Is this it or should I let it go on for another week or so?

Omg, its always lost fight vs bud rot. There is more in photo , than just one top, and i can make bet, that there is plenty around plant. If you wanna poison yourself, or loose most of harvest - carry on. But if you are smart - chop asap !!!

In my opinion, you have a completely different problem. The brown buds look heavily like bud rot. They are moldy from the inside. And with how bad they look, the mold has surely spread to the other buds. What is your air temperature and what is your humidity, especially at night?

Harvest now............wait and lose even more to rot...........I know what I would do.
Anyway, it is all downhill from here for THC quality/quantity.

Top right crown (2nd photo) got some budrot. Chop this asap. For the rest looks very good. If you want more amber... one more week (as you suggested). Water only... 😋

Its bud rot on one of tops, chop asap. Throw out all infected buds + 3-5 cm up and down from it.
