Can't tell for sure but it looks like it may have started molding as well. I would cut it off. I'd be worried that it may spread throughout the rest of your tent

That’s just a little battle scar from the net no big deal. As long as it ain’t moldy or spreading, let her do her thing. You can snip ‘em later when she’s flexin’ again
