Ive seen similar twisted growth when my vpd was off in ealy veg. leaves looked a bit like this before environment was dialed in =)

hey 👋 It looks like mechanical damage or a slight nutrient or light burn. Still, inspect the plant carefully to rule out the presence of insects, though it’s unlikely. However, your plant does need some magnesium.

Over water and over feed could be a pH problem too.. Defo lockout from over fertilisation.
