About the plant stem it's nothing serious, don't worry, support the stem and it will go straight up in 24 hours. Even better you could top up the pot with new soil to support the stem for growing straight. Good luck!!

Best to show is photos of the mold and said white worms. Might be able to distinguish it better and provide better advice. Coir mold could just be mineral buildup. or maybe even beneficial fungus like Mycorrhizae Worms idk. might be a good idea to water in some BTi as a prevenative. Also what else is mixed into your medium... Don't stop watering it, if it needs water give it some. Be aware of a wet and dry cycle.

Hi, ich würde noch immer Erde auffüllen und die kleine etwas mehr eingraben. Nur leicht angießen. Wie ist es mit der Luftbewegung im Zelt? Ein Rohrventilator als Abluft reicht meistens nicht für eine gute Belüftung eventuell brauchst du noch einen kleinen Ventilator für bessere Umluft. Viel Erfolg beim Grow
