Trichomes rediness?

I’d say your trichomes look pretty good — definitely milky already. I can see around 5% amber, maybe a bit less. You could harvest now, but you could also wait another week. It depends on what you want from the plant: if you prefer a clearer, more uplifting head high, harvest now; if you want more of a body-heavy, slightly stonier effect, wait a bit longer. Personally, I’d recommend waiting another week — maybe even two, depending on how the plant develops. I like to harvest when the trichomes are around 15% amber.👍
