Hop latent viroid, do I have HLV?

Does this look like hop latent Viroid? I had 1/3 plants “dud” last run. Now my whole collection of clones is a dud. Cipher genetics blueberry lobster seeds. 2/3 didn’t germinate and the 3rd I recently culled because of its stunted growth.

LACK OF A DIARY NEED TO KNOW MORE OF DA HISTORY OF DA GROW!! CAN ONLY TAKE A GUESS AND DAT IS NEVER GOOD!!! I CAN TELL YOU DAT DA PLANT IS STRESSED!! I WOULD NOT FLIP TO FLOWER TILL YOU GET DAT UNDER CONTROL!!! POSSIBLE ISSUES ARE ENVIRONMENTAL DID DA PLANT IN DA PAST WEEKS HAVE EXCESSIVE LIGHT OR HEAT ISSUES??
