Make sure you have a sprayer that has a fine particle mist, using a standard spray bottle will not do, I'd recommend doing half dose of whatever it tells you and see how it goes. Like numbers said, foliar application is more of a emergency thing, more often than not you will create other problems from improper application or improper environment and it dries it back up too fast. Best time to apply is just before lights off, but there is no benefit to applying what can just as easily be placed in soil. Risky with minimal rewards comparable to medium application.

Foliar feeds should be a reaction to a problem. Regularly doing so will only clog up stomata, which have more important functions -- like taking in your limiting factor, CO2. The negative of impeding transpiration would be difficult to outweigh with any benefit from foliar feeds. It can be an excellent way to deliver 'some' nutrients to a specific location on the plant when those areas are displaying symptoms. Not all nutrient elements can traverse the stoma. But, if you feed the plants properly, should never need to do such a thing. I'd focus more on fine-tuning your formula to avoid leaf symptoms altogether. The plant adapted to take in nutes from roots and leaves are different organs that evolved to perform different functions for the plant. Just as light hitting anywhere but the top of a leaf is mostly useless by comparison.

Guten morgen mein Freund, Nirvana kann man bis Ende der Blüte als Blattdünger geben 2 ml/l Wasser. Alle organischen Dünger von Advanced Nutrients sind als Blattdünger zu verwenden. Aber spät in der Blüte wäre ich vorsichtig.
