hey 👋 It looks like root rot, it sometimes happens in seedling because of overwatering The seed might also have been more fragile than its sisters. There’s little chance it will recover; it will probably turn yellow and wilt within two days, and even if it does bounce back, it’ll be far behind the others. If you can do without it, throw it away
