Of course, coco coir is neutral, and as long as the fibers aren’t shredded you can reuse it by rehydrating it.
Just remember to check that no mold has formed in any potential pocket of moisture during storage, and that no pests have made a nest in it (unlikely if it was well dried).
If that’s the case, spread the coco coir on a baking tray and put it in the oven at 80°C for 1 to 2 hours depending on the quantity
