A lot of the tops have well developed amber hairs, but a few white hairs are still present, especially on lower buds where they are more abundant.
I don't think I can see amber yet? Struggling with loupe slightly - I'm considering an electric scope and a tripod.

Trichome production is very weak on it. But considering it is hemp hybrid it's to be expected. The effects will be weak, short lived. Wait 1 week.

Nowish if you prefer maximum THC and a more brain bending, up and clear head high effect.
Another 7-10 days if you prefer a more "couchlock" and sleepy CBD and CBN influenced body stone effect.
2-5 weeks and it will all be crap.

depends a bit on what you want ; early flower, on point , late flower ;
for early you can go for it now , for on point you need better pictures - i guess! in 5-14 days.
for late you can go for 2-5 weeks more
and the lower buds you can harvest a week later, they will grow as first row after first harvest.

Probably you are although photos from a portable microscope would be much more accurate. If you don't have, my opinion is to wait a week and then chop. Good luck!
