These Cotyledons looking sad. Am I suppose to leave them or can i remove them without affecting the plant? I’m new to growing here.

You can take them off if you like without affecting the plant. They have done their job and will naturally shrivel up and fall off in time.

Don't worry about the cotyledons, they are not leaves, their only purpose is to protect the growing seedling tip as it pushes up through the soil. Once the plant is growing, it is normal for the cotyledons to go yellow, shrivel up and fall off within the first few weeks.
