Help identify plant issue?

Hello! Hoping to find some help..im a newbie and am just learning. But my plant is showing some signs of brown spots on leaves at 5wks. Not sure how to identify/fix. Any help would be appreciated! 18/6 light cycle..fox farm big bloom fertilizer used. Soil ph6.
