I notice the inside of leaves have a lighter green tone. Is this a deficiency of nutrients or is this normal?

Yeah if you have some Calmag to hand give her some of that. Job done.. Nice plants, hang back on the nitrogen slightly

Übersetzter Text Hi hi, looks like the lady needs a new pot, at some point she'll run out of space and nutrients at the bottom. Probably because everything has already been used up. A new pot, possibly without fertilizer at first, depending on what kind of soil you use. If your water is pure rainwater or osmosis water, always add a little CalMag. And maybe a minimal amount of nitrate... 😄

hey 👋 It’s time to transplant them into a proper pot 👌 Wait until the substrate dries out a bit, transplant them, and give them some Cal-Mag, which they clearly need; if you have any, add a root booster during the next waterings
