Zalévej raději pár hodin před zhasnutím než těsně před lights off.

It could be the amount of ventilation you are using inside of the tent, your RH should be lower near the light while the rh is higher on the pot height. If you push more air around in the tent that should help with lowering your rh to 60. Also maybe start your heater in the room that will help with 1-2 C and will lower your rh a bit more :)

You may have to get a dehumidifier. But with the room the tent is in, being so low, you should be fine and it should be dropping the humidity to a similar % Some small things, are watering in the morning so it has time to even out. Also if possible, you can leave your tent door open and it'll help with the humidity to be closer to the room. But also I run based on vpd and I will run anywhere from 65-68% rh during flower if the temps are up above 82f I haven't had mold issues while chasing vpd even though the humidity rises higher than what we were taught before. I've had better results by not lowering the humidity throughout flower. It's only concerning to me if the temps are low and humidity is high.

Freeze a few water bottles and place them in the tent, in bowls to collect the water. The humidity will condense on the outside of the bottles. Or simply use a dehumidifier. Keep a few bottles frozen at all times and replace them as soon as it gets warm. This can lower the humidity by 10–15% but also the temperature a bit. Imho 60% is fine during flower, if the plant isn't too thick and well ventilated. Also try raising the temperatures. You want to be at 1.2-1.4 VPD in flower. 19°C is at the lower ent but still okay, it does not match your humidity though. You can google for a VPD chart. If you can't find it, shoot me a DM. Good luck! 😘

A dehumidifier will help. Having it dryer during flowering will prevent mold/mildew and encourage better trichome development. Since you dont have one, water when the lights come on when the plant will use it, not just before lights off. Defoliate a little. Use 100% air exchange. These tips will help until you get a dehumidifier.
