greenAFanswered grow question 3h ago well hydroponics is a blanket term, coco, peat, rockwool, dwc each have there own idiosyncrasies water temps of res getting towards the upper limits, keep an eye on it, low 70s is the highest I ever wanna see. higher temps will invite biofilm to the party and dissolved oxygen will drop the higher the temp goes. Using a bigger res will usually help keep the temps down depending where your res is located. 5.7 @ 1.5mS is fine but depends what your stacking the substrate to, the higher you stack the ec in the substrate the lower it will drive the ph. So if you are stacking it high you may want to raise the input ph a bit, just monitor your runoff and you'll see if you need to adjust. If the plants look fine then dont stress, if the #s are trending up or down just make adjustment 5.5-6.2 is fine and in range to me (as long as the plants agree and look happy) but i try and keep a buffer from the upper/lower range. Just take into consideration if your dropping or raising the overall ec of the substrate higher the ec lower the ph will go and vice versa. ie. if your planning on cleaning up the sub a bit to drop your ec your ph will go up.
