Tuya is very painfull. I can give you a python Script to help you, But you still need to make Tuya IOT cloud Account, connect your device to it and then you can Reader your data from cloud with a get command. But you need to know what are the commandnames of the deviceoptions, which you can read out with the Tuya cloud. But it starts like normal tuya device. Connect to handyapp, connect app to iot cloud Account. Read out the device. Here you can try with the Locale Keys, but since v.3.3 it sucks and is unstable. But you can connect to the iot Account now and fetch data from there or send switch commands from python or Homeassistant or Node Red or anything else. If you need a Script to connect to your iotcloud and fetch data send me a DM. Have build this for a tuya Airbox, but you can changed the data fetched easy with help of Chatgpt or Claude or Google AI Studio. Best wished.
