There's a lack of light and nutrients. A lot of rain washes away a lot of nutrients, so it takes a bit longer for bare soil to recover. If you were to sow red clover and white clover, the problem would be significantly less.

Then the leaves turn yellow – usually it starts from the bottom. Unfortunately, this is quite typical outdoors with continuous rain. I wouldn't worry too much right now. When the weather gets drier again, she often recovers on her own. If possible: a bit better drainage or placing the pot in a more sheltered spot.
