Looks like she just got too much water. When it rains heavily and for a long time outside, the roots are basically permanently wet, get too little air, and can't absorb nutrients properly. Then the leaves turn yellow – usually it starts from the bottom. Unfortunately, this is quite typical outdoors with continuous rain. I wouldn't worry too much right now. When the weather gets drier again, she often recovers on her own. If possible: a bit better drainage or placing the pot in a more sheltered spot. A very light nitrogen boost can help, but don't overdo it. In short: no drama, more rain stress than anything serious. Happy Growing Growmie!
