My AK47 Auto plant is on its 45th day. It started flowering 10 days ago. One of my plants has a leaf with brown spots, but the rest looks healthy. 4 days ago I added 2mlBloom, 2 Calmag, and 2Topmax 0.5Grow to 1 liter of water. What do you think the problem is and what should I do

Since it's not all of the leafs and looks like a "Fan Leaf": just cut the "dying" ones off, all is fine so far. Using "defoliation" regularly will prevent this browning of the "Fan leafs", as you cut them before they get to yellow/brown.
